Aquaculture Engineer

Maiyat Aquaculture – a subsidiary of Alyaseen Agricultural Company is seeking an Aquaculture Engineer to join our team as part of our expansion and development plans in aquaculture production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the operation and maintenance of aquaculture systems (RAS – recirculating aquaculture systems).

Monitor and control water quality and aquatic environmental parameters according to production requirements.

Oversee fish feeding, monitor growth rates, and ensure fish health.

Implement prevention and treatment programs for parasitic and bacterial diseases.

Contribute to production planning and system efficiency improvements.

Prepare technical and periodic reports for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Aquatic Biology, Aquaculture, or a related agricultural/marine field.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in aquaculture.

Solid knowledge of filtration, aeration, and water monitoring systems.

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Proficiency in computer use and reporting tools.

Ability to work in field conditions and handle work pressure.
